Annex no. 1 to the Terms and Conditions

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
MODEL INSTRUCTIONS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The right of withdrawal from the contract:

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The period for withdrawal from the contract shall expire 14 days after the day on which you acquired the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired the goods or the date you entered into the contract.
3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (the name and full postal address: Ethereal Wings Sp. z o.o., Miernicza 24, 81-527 Gdynia, Poland, e-mail address: hi@etherealwings.eu) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail).
4. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send us a notice regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
   Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you (with the exception of costs arising from the delivery) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. We will make the reimbursement by the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not pay any fees in connection with such a reimbursement.
7. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier. The product and all accessories included with it must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
8. Please return or hand over the goods to us at the following address: Ethereal Wings Sp. z o.o., Miernicza 24, 81-527 Gdynia, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date, on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.
9. You will have to pay the direct cost of returning the item.
